Every plan takes 0% of your lesson payments. Families pay you through Stripe and the full amount lands in your account, minus only Stripe’s standard processing fee. We make money from subscriptions, never from your payment rail.

Common questions.

Will the free plan always be free?
Yes. The core tools — scheduling, notes, assignments, the student portal, manual invoicing — stay free. Pro adds scale, professional branding, and growth tools. Organization adds multi-teacher management.
What does Pro actually unlock?
In short: online card payments through Stripe, automatic invoicing, the lead-capture public profile, custom logo on invoices and portal, the music library, practice analytics, templates, family grouping, and bulk operations. Everything you need to run private teaching as a business.
How do seats work on the Organization plan?
One teaching seat per teacher, including you. Minimum 2 seats, and admins are free. Add a seat any time and it is prorated; remove one and it takes effect at your next renewal. Manage seats in Settings → Subscription.
Does DuetStudio take a cut of my lesson payments?
No. DuetStudio never takes a fee from the payments families send you. You keep 100% of every payment, minus only Stripe’s own processing fee. Our revenue comes from subscriptions, not from your payment rail.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription any time. Cancelling drops you back to free; your data stays put.
