Your public page (My page)

Every teacher gets a public page at its own duetstudio.io address, on every plan. On the free plan it is built from your Settings: your photo, what you teach and charge, and your teaching hours, plus an Ask a question button. Pro turns it into a fuller page you design yourself, at an address you choose. The page stays hidden until you make it live, and every question a family sends from it arrives in DuetStudio as a lead.

Steps

1. Open My page in the sidebar. The address is made for you the first time you open it.
2. On the free plan, change what the page says in Settings. Your page is built from Settings links to each part, and the page follows when you save there.
3. On Pro, edit the page itself: blocks under Content, the look under Design, and your address under Page settings. Changes save on their own.
4. When it is ready, turn the Hidden switch at the top to Live. Anyone with the link can then see it.
5. Share the link with the copy button next to your address at the top of My page. View page opens it the way families see it.
6. Families choose Ask a question on your page, leave their name and email, and write to you. They get an email saying their message was sent.
7. You get a notification and an email. The question is listed under Students, in the Leads tab, where you can Convert to student, Mark contacted or Archive lead.

Good to know

• On the free plan, My page shows What Pro adds to your page.
• Do not want an email for every question? In Settings, under Notifications, turn off New question or request from your page. You still see each one in DuetStudio.
• Teaching with others? The studio has one page, the owner's. The owner and admins can edit it, and questions from it reach the owner and every admin.
• Hidden means nobody but you can see the page. Turning it back to Live brings it back at the same address.
