Send invoices with Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal

Add your payment handles once and they appear on every invoice. Families get the invoice by email and pay you directly, the way they already do. This is on every plan, and DuetStudio takes nothing from what families pay you.

Steps

1. Open Settings, then Payments, and add your Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal.
2. Open Billing and choose Bill with the month's name, for example Bill October. DuetStudio drafts one invoice per student from that month's lessons, priced from your rates.
3. Check the drafts. You can change an amount, take a lesson off, change the due date or leave a student out.
4. Choose Send. Each family gets their invoice by email with how to pay you.
5. When a family pays, open the invoice and choose Record payment. A payment for the full amount marks the invoice paid.

Good to know

• To bill one student at any time, use Create invoice in Billing instead.
• For a student who is not an adult, the invoice goes to the parent or guardian email when there is one.
• Recorded a payment by mistake? Open the invoice and choose Mark as unpaid.
